Shipping, Tracking Order & Warranty
Our goal is to dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be sent out on Monday. Please note that holidays are excluded from this timeframe, and shipping times may vary during sales and holiday seasons. Please keep in mind our delivery estimates for all orders do not include processing time. Once you place your order and receive your confirmation email, the order will ship approximately 2-4 business days later. Currently, we provide shipping exclusively within the country (United States).
Shipping Policy
Order tracking details will be accessible within 1 to 5 business days following your purchase, contingent on the shipping option chosen during checkout. You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped with a link to track your order via the carrier. Please be aware that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to reflect an estimated delivery date after they are issued.
How do I track my order?
Yes! Our 1-Year Warranty ensures your Aira Luxe Jewelry online purchase is fully protected for one year from the original purchase date. While we conduct thorough testing of our products, our warranty covers issues such as tarnishing, allergic reactions, water damage, and breakage. We are committed to assisting our customers and ensuring they shop with complete confidence.
Please note that purchases made during our sample sales are excluded from our 1-Year Warranty.

If you have made an order in the last 12 hours and would like to cancel it, we can still process your cancellation. Please click this link for more details.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order, please contact us via email at airaluxe@airaluxejewelry.com to modify your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
If you wish to modify your order, we can still accommodate the change as long as it has not yet been shipped.
How to change or cancel my order?
We accepts returns on products bought from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging. A return shipping fee will apply and will be deducted from the total refund, with the cost of the label varying based on the original shipping location. Please note that purchases made during our sample sale are not eligible for returns.

Jewelry Care Instructions & Materials
We are pleased to share that all of our jewelry is hypoallergenic. We strongly recommend that customers with sensitive skin opt for earrings featuring Titanium or Stainless Steel posts, as well as products crafted from Stainless Steel or Solid Gold.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Plated jewelry can be prone to oxidation; therefore, we advise taking it off before swimming, showering, or using lotion, makeup, or perfume. While our jewelry is waterproof, minimizing exposure to water—especially chlorinated or salt water—will help preserve the shine and gold plating. While occasional exposure to water is permissible, taking off your jewelry before swimming or showering can extend its lifespan.
When not being worn, keep your jewelry in a cool, dry environment. Storing each item separately will minimize scratches and wear caused by friction. Store your piece in your Aira Luxe Jewelry pouch. Using soft pouches or jewelry boxes will help preserve the excellent condition of your pieces.
How should I take care of my jewelry?
All of our jewelry is plated using 18K gold with a base metal of stainless steel. We utilize 316L stainless steel, a high-quality grade recognized for its strength, resistance to corrosion, and hypoallergenic characteristics. Its strength ensures that pieces remain intact and maintain their appearance over time.
